Your Life is Busy account can be accessed from anywhere, via the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you forget your password, click on the forgotten password link on the Log In page, enter your email and you will be sent your password.

You can change your account details via the Log In page, use the edit account information link.

In the unlikely event that you are having problems using the Life is Busy service, please contact us and provide us with the details of your problem.

8. How do I delete obsolete reminders?
Press delete next to the specific reminder you want to delete. This will enable the event to be seen in the top box. Then click the long delete button to confirm deletion.

9. Tell me more about birthdays and anniversaries?
If you enter a birthday or anniversary to remember, you will be reminded every year. You do not have to re-enter the details every year.
